چکیده
Hydrogels comprised of alginate and gelatin are potential biomaterials for extrusion-based bioprinting. However, existing polymeric inks inadequate in printability, shape fidelity mechanical properties that desire to produce scaffold using 3D Here, a novel printable hydrogel-based ink solution gelatin-alginate (GA) reinforced by boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs) was developed bioprinting tissue engineering applications. The solutions were tested printing accuracy, compressive behaviour, while the printed scaffolds their viability human embryonic kidney cells (HEK293T). Printability tests showed strand thicknesses decreased with increasing concentration BNNTs GA solutions. Similarly, accuracy increased (>90%) loading BNNTs. swelling rate higher than scaffolds. Mechanical measured compression testing. Increasing resulted load stress. Also, quantitative analysis cell revealed slight effect on toxicity doping Hence, relevant data indicated it could be applications through processes.

Application of Extrusion-Based Hydrogel Bioprinting for Cartilage Tissue Engineering
Extrusion-based bioprinting (EBB) is a rapidly developing technique that has made substantial progress in the fabrication of constructs for cartilage tissue engineering (CTE) over the past decade. With this technique, cell-laden hydrogels or bio-inks have been extruded onto printing stages, layer-by-layer, to form three-dimensional (3D) constructs with varying sizes, shapes, and resolutions. Th...

Three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting is on the cusp of permitting the direct fabrication of artificial living tissue. Multicellular building blocks (bioinks) are dispensed layer by layer and scaled for the target construct. However, only a few materials are able to fulfill the considerable requirements for suitable bioink formulation, a critical component of efficient 3D bioprinting. Alginate, a ...

Natural hydrogels are promising scaffolds to engineer epidermis. Currently, natural hydrogels used to support epidermal regeneration are mainly collagen- or gelatin-based, which mimic the natural dermal extracellular matrix but often suffer from insufficient and uncontrollable mechanical and degradation properties. In this study, a photocrosslinkable gelatin (i.e., gelatin methacrylamide (GelMA...
